Apply to adopt a dog from Peak Lab Rescue:
If approved, your application may be used for any dog and is good for one year.
Peak Lab Rescue does NOT have a facility to visit. All dogs are in Foster Homes.
Important things to know:

You must be APPROVED to adopt a dog from Peak Lab Rescue.

You will receive all notifications from Peak Lab Rescue via email.

We may contact your Vet to inquire about the care of current pets.

We may contact your Landlord to ensure that the dog does not violate any restrictions.

If approved, and if dog is still available to adopt, we will share contact information for the dog's Foster. Please contact them directly to set up a meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. Adoptions will occur on a first come, first served basis.

You will need to complete and sign a digital Adoption Contract and pay the $375 Adoption Fee when you take possession of the dog.

Peak Lab Rescue, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to approve or decline any application.
